We require a minimum of 5 hours of daily support, which can be sourced from CORE funding. Our participants undergo a thorough matching process to ensure compatibility with their support peers. Our participants undergo a meticulous matching process, followed by a transition phase that includes meet-and-greet sessions. During this phase, participants stay overnight for a couple of days to familiarize themselves with the environment before fully transitioning. Furthermore, Fidens management collaborates closely with participant stakeholders to ensure that all staff are extensively trained to meet diverse participant needs and behaviours.

We provide both options! Additionally, the majority of our homes have been personally constructed by us, guaranteeing a superior standard compared to what most other NDIS providers offer. Fidens takes proactive steps to support individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. Our management team visits participants in the prisons to initiate the process and collaborate with organizations within correctional facilities. We organize necessary supports well before their release date and liaise with parole or community corrections to facilitate a seamless transition. This comprehensive approach ensures that individuals receive the necessary support and resources for a successful reintegration into society.
