Our Occupational Therapists provide comprehensive assessments and reports to support NDIS participants in accessing the right services for their needs. We specialise in:
Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA): Evaluating a person’s abilities in daily tasks to determine the impact of their disability and support NDIS funding decisions.
FCA + STA Reports: Assessing short-term accommodation needs for respite, skill-building, or crisis support.
FCA + SIL Reports: Identifying daily support needs to justify Supported Independent Living funding and assist with SIL planning and quotes.
FCA + SIL + SDA Reports: Providing detailed evidence to support access to both SIL and Specialist Disability Accommodation for individuals with high or complex needs.
Each report is tailored, evidence-based, and designed to ensure participants receive the supports they need to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
