Collaborating with our building industry partners, we've constructed residences that adhere to NDIS housing guidelines, ensuring they align with clients' living requirements. Additionally, we offer pre-built properties that meet all necessary specifications.

These properties are available for rent through your NDIS plan, featuring shared homes with a support worker to client ratio ranging from 2:1 to 1:1-3.

 

Our housing options cater to various NDIS plans, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short and Medium Term Accommodation (STA & MTA), and Individualized Living Options (ILO). This comprehensive coverage ensures that, regardless of your circumstances, we have the ideal housing solution for you.
