Meet the Team

Rosie is responsible for overseeing all departments, adhering to business processes, policies, and procedures. She also works alongside business development, building strategies to help grow Fidens.

Tory is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, overseeing service delivery to ensure high standards and efficiency. He also oversees the HR department, focusing maintaining workplace policies.

Tony oversees the management of Fidens marketing channels and branding. He also helps organize and participates in expos and information events, while working alongside Rosie for business growth strategies.​

Oscar leads support teams to provide personalized care in SIL accommodation and the community, fostering strong relationships with participants and overseeing daily operations in SIL and STA houses.

Sam leads support teams to provide personalized care in SIL accommodation and the community, fostering strong relationships with participants and overseeing daily operations in SIL and STA houses.

Jordy is responsible for managing the rosters of our support workers. She ensures that consistent support for each participant is met while updating our workers on any changes made to their schedules.

Katrina assesses all job applications received by Human Resources, evaluating the qualifications and credentials of each applicant through their CV to determine their suitability for a position at Fidens.

Doug maintains Fidens financial records by recording transactions, reconciling accounts, managing payables and receivables, and preparing financial statements.
