Service Delivery Manager
Kerry Beagley
Kerry manages Support Plans, Risk Assessments, and client documents while acting as the main liaison between Fidens and external care teams. She also oversees incident management and reporting.
Clinical Services Manager (Registered Nurse)
Samantha De Paula
Sam, a registered nurse, leads Fidens' clinical division. With Sam, we can create our own healthcare assessments and provide in-house clinical training to all our staff.
Service Delivery Coordinator
Oscar David
Oscar leads support teams to provide personalized care in SIL accommodation and the community, fostering strong relationships with participants and overseeing daily operations in SIL and STA houses.
Human Recourses Coordinator
Jordy Tucker
Jordy is responsible for managing the rosters of our support workers. She ensures that consistent support for each participant is met while updating our workers on any changes made to their schedules.
Recruitment Coordinator
Katrina Papastamatis
Katrina assesses all job applications received by Human Resources, evaluating the qualifications and credentials of each applicant through their CV to determine their suitability for a position at Fidens.
Accounts Manager
Douglas Tovar
Doug maintains Fidens financial records by recording transactions, reconciling accounts, managing payables and receivables, and preparing financial statements.
Business Marketing Manager - SA
Tony Koufidakis
Tony oversees the management of Fidens Support Services marketing channels and branding. He also helps organize and participates in expos and information events.
Administrative Coordinator
Terri Allegretto
Terri fosters effective communication between the office and support workers, ensuring that important information is delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Georgia collaborates with the South Australian branch to oversee the distribution and organization of marketing materials, including emails, flyers, and branding in Western Australia.
