About Your Role

We are in search of a dynamic and empathetic individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will primarily oversee service coordination for indigenous community members, ensuring they receive comprehensive support. The role necessitates expertise in NDIS/SIL protocols, allied health, strong communication abilities, and a sincere dedication to cultural sensitivity.

  • Coordinate support services for participants, ensuring cultural sensitivity and personalized attention.

  • Conduct intake assessments to determine new participants' support needs and create customized care plans.

  • Collaborate with allied health professionals and stakeholders to deliver holistic participant support.

  • Engage proactively with indigenous community leaders and organizations to foster cultural understanding and promote Fidens Support Services.

  • Apply NDIS/SIL experience to navigate funding requirements and optimize resources for effective participant support.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Prior experience within the NDIS/SIL framework.

  • Demonstrated familiarity with indigenous communities and their distinct cultural and social dynamics.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders from varied backgrounds.

  • Understanding of allied health principles and practices, enabling coordinated service delivery.

  • Track record in conducting intake assessments and crafting individualized care plans.

  • Proactive in generating new business and growing participant numbers for Fidens Support Services.
