About Your Role

We're currently in search of a skilled and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Fidens Support Services. In this role, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring adherence to regulations and communicating with internal stakeholders to fulfill staffing needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies.

  • Source, assess, and interview candidates, cultivating a strong pool of applicants.

  • Perform reference checks and background screenings as necessary.

  • Organize new employee orientations and onboarding procedures, facilitating a seamless integration.

  • Coordinate with the HR manager to guarantee compliance with employment laws.

  • Collaborate closely with the Rostering Consultant to synchronize recruitment with staffing schedules.

  • Maintain precise recruitment records and paperwork.

  • Keep hiring managers updated on recruitment progress and candidate statuses.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or a related position is required.

  • Thorough comprehension of recruitment best practices and compliance standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
